Viktoriia Radchenko

My name is Viktoriia, I'm 18 years old, and I grew up in Kharkiv, Ukraine, living there most of my life. After the full-scale invasion, I relocated to Kyiv, but I finished my studies online and graduated from Kharkiv Lyceum while living through this new adaptation. Now, I'm back in Kharkiv - rebuilding my path where it all began. I care deeply about the points where people meet systems (specifically where emotional experiences intersect with technology, education, and care). It’s always spoken to me: the small shifts in how we communicate, unexpected ways to support someone's growth, or quiet spaces that help people feel understood and valuable. These moments often lead me into projects that explore how we can build even better emotional infrastructure in Ukraine after the war ends. Over the past few years, I've learned how to work with limited resources and unpredictable conditions, but also how to make that part of the process. I've created things that respond to real needs in real time, often blending logic with intuition, or structure with empathy. Whether I'm working with others or on my own, I care about clarity, trust, and doing meaningful work without needing to broadcast it. Right now, I'm most interested in questions that sit between disciplines: about how we heal, learn, and adapt in a changing world, and how we design for that.
