Nikita Berozin

Nikita Berozin is a Ukrainian student currently living in Germany due to displacement from the war. Passionate about entrepreneurship, grant receptions, and education access, Nikita has become one of Ukraine’s most active youth voices on international stages. He led the first Ukrainian team to win the European title at the Harvard Crimson Global Case Competition and placed 6th globally out of over 4,100 participants. His work was featured in national media and helped inspire Ukrainian students to believe in their global potential. Nikita has also contributed to economic development in Ukraine through agricultural grant consulting. His early business plans led to $15,000+ in UN and EU funding for farming enterprises in regions that are now conflict zones. These projects significantly improved crop yield and sustainability before war disrupted the area. A valedictorian and class leader, Nikita ranked #1 among 347 students in his English-speaking program and won scholarships to study at Harvard, Oxford, and London. He is a recipient of the Brave Generation Fellowship and the Lord Mayor Award, and was mentored by leaders from NYU and Forbes 30 Under 30. Nikita is currently building the “Carrot Project”—a public health initiative aimed at improving early disease detection through education and partnerships with medical professionals. His long-term mission is to combine business innovation with public good, bringing global resources back to his homeland. Nikita plans to empower the next generation of Ukrainian youth by sharing his experience in writing business plans, winning international competitions, and securing global opportunities. Through bootcamps, lectures, and national programs, he aims to teach practical strategies for success and inspire students to believe in their potential. His mission is to build a culture of confidence, ambition, and entrepreneurial excellence—especially for those who may come from limited resources but dream without limits.
