Hello, my name is Sofiia - an explorer at heart with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for turning ideas into impactful projects. I am the founder of UniCompass, a Telegram channel with over 14,000 followers that shares educational opportunities for Ukrainian youth. Through this initiative, I have built more than 50 partnerships with universities, organizations, and scholarship programs, creating a vibrant community that connects students with valuable resources and guidance. I am a researcher and graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in International Business, soon to begin my Master’s degree in Management Sciences Engineering at the University of Waterloo (Canada). Currently, I am completing my internship as a Data Analyst at an insurance company, while also volunteering as a mentor for teenagers, helping them navigate university admissions and inspiring them to be confident in their abilities. Beyond my professional work, I am a jazz vocalist, camping enthusiast, and someone passionate about data-driven approaches in all areas. My journey blends creativity, analytical thinking, and a strong commitment to empowering others.
