Executive Leadership

We are a women-led organization grounded in lived experience. Our executive team leads the organization’s strategic decision-making and program design. The team includes two survivors of the war in Ukraine, supported by the professional expertise of Dr. Anna Lordan, who has substantial experience in university-level education.Our work is shaped by what we have lived through ourselves, and we design programs that respond directly to the realities young people face today.
